Therefore, we shall not be responsible for any damages to you – including, but not limited to, loss of business, income, clients, sales and opportunities – that result in any way from your use of any information provided through this website. You act on such information entirely at your own risk.

2. No Guarantee of Income or Any Other Result
Under no circumstance is anything that we communicate on this website to be construed as a guarantee of income or any other specific result.

3. Refunds
Unless otherwise indicated, all products sold on this website come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

To claim a refund on a physical product, you must ship it to us in reasonably good condition so that it may be re-sold. We do not pay return shipping costs, nor do we refund the original shipping fee you were charged.

Our refund policy for certain services (such as coaching programs) and events (such as workshops) may differ and will be clearly stated to you before you make such a purchase.

Unless otherwise indicated, all the text, logos and other elements of this site are the intellectual property of either Steve Slaunwhite or Slaunwhite Communications Inc. No part of this site may be distributed or copied for any commercial purpose or gain without our permission.

The books, audio programs, how-to guides and other products sold on this site are also (unless otherwise indicated) the intellectual property of either Steve Slaunwhite or Slaunwhite Communications Inc. and each has specific restrictions regarding copying and sharing, which is clearly printed in the product materials.

We reserve the right to enforce our intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of local and international law.

5. Reprinting of Articles and Other Information

6. International Orders
We ship products from Canada and the U.S. If you purchase one of our products and are located elsewhere, you may be charged customs duties, taxes and other fees by your government related to the importation of that product into your country. If that happens, you agree that you are solely responsible for paying those fees. If you decide not to pay those fees and refuse delivery of the product, you agree to be responsible for the return shipping costs. (Note: We cannot issue a refund until we have received the product back in good condition.)

7. Product and Service Recommendations
We sometimes recommend products and services from other companies. When we do, it’s with the understanding that we make no promises or guarantees of any kind regarding its value or usefulness to you. If you decide to make a purchase based in any way on our recommendation, you do so entirely at your own risk.

These Terms And Conditions shall be governed by the Province Of Ontario, Canada. You agree that in the event of a dispute, the dispute will be referred to arbitration under those laws and will be held at a venue located in Ontario, Canada. The choice of arbitrator will be agreed upon by both parties.
